As a single mother, I was overwhelmed and hopeless when my children fell behind in a failing school system. Cyber-schooling only deepened our struggles; I held my son back a year because we couldn’t meet the mark, and by the second year, my kids were as overwhelmed as I was. I feared my daughter had a math disability, but it was a deficiency we couldn’t address alone. Then we found The OMEGA Leadership Academy and Headmaster Thomas Fallon, whose 20+ years of experience educating diverse students became our lifeline.
Headmaster Fallon turned our crisis into opportunity. He didn’t just teach my children facts; he taught them how to learn, unlocking their ability to conquer any subject. My daughter’s math struggles vanished, and both kids grew into confident learners. OMEGA’s focus on solutions, not problems, transformed their futures.
My daughter, a 2025 graduate of TOLA, is currently continuing her studies in Theology, Psychology, and Music at her dream university with a Presidential Award for Academic Excellence.
My son, a 2023 graduate of TOLA is on staff with a distinguished international ministry. He is a missionary and speaker, sparking intellectual discussions on Christianity at historic universities. Omega Leadership Academy feels completely different from your typical public high school. The smaller classes and one on one attention make such a huge difference my teachers actually know me, understand how I learn, and take the time to make sure I really get the material. Instead of rushing through lessons just to move on, we go deeper, and I walk away feeling like I’ve actually mastered what we covered. It’s such a relief to be in an environment where I’m not lost in a crowd and where my education feels personal.
What I love just as much is that Omega is faith based, which means the lessons don’t just stop at academics they also focus on building character, integrity, and purpose. The quality of the teaching is so high, but it’s also grounded in values that matter in everyday life. It’s not just about memorizing facts; it’s about learning how to think, how to lead, and how to live with compassion and responsibility.
Because of that, I feel so much more confident stepping out into the world. I’m not only leaving with knowledge but also with the tools, values, and self assurance to take on whatever comes next. Working with Thomas Fallon has truly boosted my confidence as I began my homeschooling journey last year. He generously shared samples of his own children's schedules and work, which gave me practical insight and reassurance. Thomas took the time out of his day to meet with me at my home, patiently answering all my questions about resources, including how to use Canva to print certificates and awards. As a professional educator for the past 30 years, I have been more than impressed with the way that I have witnessed Brett Thomas Fallon (Headmaster of The OMEGA Leadership Academy) reach not only his students but the guardians of the students he has instructed.
