Welcome! If you are interested in enrolling your student in The OMEGA Leadership Academy, we are excited to hear from you.
There are 3 easy steps to enroll...
1.
Initial Phone Orientation
Call Headmaster Thomas Fallon at 1.424.281.7930 for your phone interview and orientation.
This is the time to tell us your story so we can best serve your family. This will also give you the chance to ask any questions you may have for us before committing to any learning plan. We offer complete education for the school year and/or supplemental tutoring.
2.
Enrollment Form
You will be given our enrollment form to complete, sign, and submit to our offices with the best education and payment plan for your family.
3.
Teacher Support
Start planning for success in your education. Our team of teachers will be in contact with you to ensure both parents/guardians and students are prepared for the first day of learning. We will be on hand to connect with you for all your needs as a family unit.
School Calendar and Schedule:
The OMEGA Leadership Academy operates on a 175 school day calendar a year. Students may enroll at any point of the school year. The school year begins the day after Labor Day and closes approximately the second week of June with make up days into the end of June. School days are typically every week day between 9am-4pm Pacific Time with hours varying in different time zones. Students may request school days off for holidays or personal days but must make up days to complete the total of 175 days. Live class times will be pre-scheduled with your teacher in-person or via Zoom App. Most live instructional classes last one (1) hour. Students will log their attendance on our online platform.
We also offer supplemental tutoring all year long. Tutoring times are made by reservation.
Payment Plans:
-Yearly: Due on yearly enrollment
-Biannual (semester): Due before each semester (September and January)
-Monthly: Due on the first of each month (September-May)
A $30.00 fee will be applied for all late payments and/or returned checks.
Tutoring:
We offer in person tutoring to any student living in Orange County, CA and online tutoring via ZOOM to all. We offer tutoring in all subjects for students grades K-12.
$80 for private classes
$60 for small group tutoring. (Class size cap at 3 students.)
$45 for tutoring with 4-8 students in class

Homeschooling Empowerment Program:
We believe parents are the first, strongest, and most important role in a student's life. We also want to be on hand to empower any parent who chooses to take on the task of homeschooling. We teach parents through consultations, workshops, and conferences we will teach how to start homeschooling and how to create and teach lessons that are needed to complete state standards. Also, we will teach how to make lasting connections with your children so they are encouraged to think independently and be problem solvers. Lastly, we will talk about how to score and grade work, receive free teaching resources, and get connected to other homeschooling families in your area to do fun events together!
Scholarships:
Scholarships are available for students that qualify. If interested, inquire about an application to our registration office.
